◆烹調方式： Cookingmethod：
◎炒食法 ◎Stir-friedVermicelli
1.將粉絲浸水約5~10分鐘軟化後，撈起置於盤子上。
2.沙拉油2~3匙，肉絲(牛羊、雞鴨、鵝均可)、蝦米、高麗菜、紅蘿蔔、鹽、醬油、醋等，熱炒攪拌均勻後，加入少許水煮開。
3.將已洗過之粉絲放入鍋中，攪拌至粉絲露出透明，即得光溜溜、香噴噴之炒粉絲。
1.Soak thevermicelli into water for 5-10 minutes to softenit; Drain up and set a side ona dish.
2.2-3 teaspoon of oil, meat stripes (beef, lamb, chick, duck or goosewilldo),dried shrimp, cabbage, radish, salt, soy sauce and vinegar, mixedandstir-fried. Then, add some water to it.
3.Put the soaked vermicelli into wok, stirred till the vermicellibecometransparent. Then you will have a dish of savory stir-fried vermicelliofcrystal clear.
◎煮食法 ◎Vermicelli Soup
1.依照炒粉絲之方法及順序，將水多加一些(依個人之喜好而定)。
2.湯沸騰後放入粉絲，約3~7分鐘關爐火即為好吃之粉絲湯。
